By using Loomwise websites or products (including ThreadVault), you agree to these terms.

License

On purchase we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer it except as allowed by law.

Founding deposits / pre-orders

Founding purchases are pre-orders for a product under development. If we do not deliver the product within 30 days of your purchase, you receive a full refund automatically or on request. See our Refund Policy.

Third-party services

ThreadVault works with third-party websites (such as Perplexity) that we do not control and are not affiliated with. Changes to those sites may temporarily break features; we will make reasonable efforts to restore them. You are responsible for complying with the terms of the services you export from.

Disclaimer

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Keep your own backups.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
