Loomwise ("we") operates loomwise.app, threadvault.app, and the ThreadVault browser extension.

What the extension does with your data

ThreadVault processes your conversations locally in your browser. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or store the content of your conversations on our servers. Exports are saved directly to your device, or to a third-party service (e.g. Notion) only when you connect it and ask us to.

What we collect

• Purchase data: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your email address, name as provided, and payment status, never your full card number. See Stripe privacy policy.
• License checks: the extension may send a license key to verify your Pro access. No conversation content is included.
• Waitlist and email: if you join our waitlist or email us, we keep your email address to reply and send product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Website: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard technical logs such as IP address for security. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@loomwise.app. We respond within 30 days.

Children

Our products are not directed to children under 13.
