Loomwise End User License Agreement (Terms of Use)

These terms apply to Loomwise apps for Atlassian products obtained through the Atlassian Marketplace (the "Apps"). By installing or using an App, you ("Customer") agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install the App.

  1. License. Loomwise grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Customer's Atlassian sites for its internal business purposes, for as long as the App is installed and any applicable fees are paid.
  2. Atlassian Marketplace terms. The Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use also apply. Where these terms are silent, the Atlassian Marketplace Terms govern.
  3. Restrictions. Customer may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer (except where the law allows it), or use the App to build a competing product.
  4. Fees. The Apps are currently free. If pricing is introduced, it will be shown on the Marketplace listing and billed through Atlassian. Continued use after pricing takes effect requires a paid license.
  5. Data. Customer keeps all rights to its data. The App processes data only inside Customer's Atlassian site, as described in the Loomwise Privacy Policy at https://loomwise.app/jira-apps/privacy/.
  6. Support. Support is provided by email at hello@loomwise.app on a reasonable-effort basis. No response time is guaranteed.
  7. Updates. Loomwise may update the App at any time. Some behaviour depends on Atlassian's platform, which may change without notice.
  8. Disclaimer. THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Customer is responsible for checking that the App's behaviour (for example, when comment restrictions or default values are applied) meets its needs.
  9. Limitation of liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOOMWISE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR BUSINESS. LOOMWISE'S TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT CUSTOMER PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD 0 FOR FREE APPS).
  10. Termination. Customer may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Loomwise may end this license if Customer breaches these terms.
  11. Changes. Loomwise may update these terms by posting a new version at https://loomwise.app/jira-apps/terms/. Continued use means acceptance.
