Loomwise Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 22, 2026
This policy covers the Atlassian Marketplace apps published by Loomwise, including Loomwise Private Comments and Loomwise Default Values (the "Apps").
Summary
- The Apps run entirely on Atlassian Forge, Atlassian's own hosting platform ("Runs on Atlassian").
- The Apps do not send data to any server outside Atlassian. They contact no external hosts.
- Loomwise does not collect, store, sell or share personal data outside your Atlassian site.
- The Apps do not use analytics, tracking, cookies or advertising. (This policy covers the Jira apps only, not the loomwise.app website.)
What the Apps process
To work, the Apps read and update data inside your Jira site through Atlassian's APIs, for example comments, issue fields, project roles, groups and user account IDs. This processing happens on Atlassian's infrastructure, under your Atlassian agreement.
What the Apps store
The Apps save their configuration (for example, default visibility rules or default field values per project and issue type) in Forge app storage, which is hosted by Atlassian in your site's data residency region. This may include project IDs, group or role names, and, if you configure a default assignee, an Atlassian account ID. Nothing is copied outside Atlassian.
Data retention and deletion
Configuration stays in Forge storage while the App is installed. When you uninstall an App, Atlassian deletes its app storage according to Atlassian's Forge data retention policies.
Support emails
If you email hello@loomwise.app, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to answer you and delete support correspondence when it is no longer needed. Please don't send passwords or sensitive data.
Sub-processors
Atlassian (Forge hosting and storage). No others.
