Government contract leads: new federal bids, RFPs and set-aside opportunities

Most federal contract opportunities over $25,000 have to be posted on SAM.gov, and SAM.gov publishes a public daily extract of all active notices. The federal contracts tool turns that extract into a filtered list: only the NAICS codes, set-asides, agencies and states you care about, every morning.

Small businesses use it as a free alternative to paid bid-alert services; capture teams use it to spot sources-sought notices before an RFP is released. New York's Contractor Registry, also listed here, shows which contractors are registered for New York public work.

Who uses these lists

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a SAM.gov API key?

No. The tool reads SAM.gov's public daily extract, which needs no key and has no daily request cap.

Can I get only small-business set-asides?

Yes. Filter by set-aside type, for example 8(a), WOSB, EDWOSB, HUBZone or SDVOSB.

Does it include grants?

Yes, optionally. Turn on Grants.gov to add open federal grant opportunities to the same list.

How much do the lists cost?

Between $0.90 and $3 per 1,000 records depending on the list, paid per result. Apify's free plan ($5 a month in credit, no credit card) covers 1,600 to 5,500 records a month.
